one bath condo has beautiful gulf views from the private southern
balcony and a north easterly view of the Little Lagoon from the
bedroom balcony. The property includes a tropical pool, so inviting, it will really be hard to leave. There is also a hot tub and
children’s pool. The property offers two fishing piers with a fish
cleaning table, boat/jet ski launch, deeded beach access with 2
gazebos, lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills and picnic tables.

Guest will be responsible for $95 cleaning fee and taxes (16% Alabama), $150 security
deposit required. 3 night minimum stay required.

The 500 sq ft. condo features:
• 1 bedroom/queen bed, sliding glass door to private balcony
• 1 full bath
• Queen size pull out sofa in living area
• Personal Wi-Fi , TV/DVD
• Fully furnished kitchen including: utensils, dishes and
cookware
• All major appliances: dishwasher, washer and dryer, ceiling
fans
• Both balconies include chairs, The gulf side balcony offering
adirondack seating

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family or up to 4
friends. Minimum age limit for renters: must be 25 years old to
rent. Children welcome, Non Smoking Only, Pets Not Allowed,
Wheelchair Inaccessible

Recommended bid per night is $200.
