The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

2 days on weekend or 3 days during the week!

The space

You may use the whole house, the dock, the outdoor fire pit, and all amenities within the house. The barn on site is an additional fee, which is perfect for larger events!

Other things to note

We have a cell phone booster, however the cell service is not the best.
